ZEN Print Japan Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates an online shop on Etsy (https://zenprintjapanstudio.etsy.com) offering original digital art products, including Japanese Wall Art, Frame TV Art, and seasonal digital art (such as Halloween and Christmas themed collections), sold to customers internationally. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our business operations, including our use of the Pinterest API.
a. Pinterest Account Information. When we connect our own Pinterest Business Account through the Pinterest API, we access and manage information related to that account, including board names and identifiers, Pin content we create (title, description, image, and destination link), and basic account information necessary to authenticate and operate the connection. This access is limited to our own ZEN Print Japan Studio Pinterest Business Account, used to publish promotional Pins for our own original artwork.
b. Etsy Product Information. We use information about our own Etsy listings (product images, titles, descriptions, and listing URLs) to create corresponding Pins on Pinterest.
c. We do not collect, access, or store personal information belonging to Pinterest users, Etsy customers, or website visitors through this integration. This integration is solely for internal content management and marketing automation for our own products.
We use the information described above to automatically create and manage Pins on our own Pinterest Business Account, organize Pins into appropriate Boards, link Pins to the corresponding product listing on our Etsy shop, and improve the promotion and discoverability of our original artwork.
Any authentication credentials required to connect to the Pinterest API and Etsy API are handled using industry-standard security practices appropriate to the service provider(s) used to operate our systems. Access to such credentials is restricted to the operator of ZEN Print Japan Studio. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect this information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
